OK, so the drive to this place is a little sketchy. You can find the waterfall on Goggle Maps (25-30 min from base). The directions will take you to a narrow road and stop at a house. Keep going on that road and eventually it will open up to a 'parking lot' (pin 34.252561 N, 132.211304 E). There is a fork on the road, take the right path, cross the red bridge and you will get to the hiking path.

There are several trail options, trail signs, and maps along the way. We took a 5 km loop with a stop for lunch at an overlook and a stop to cool off at the waterfall. I would say this trail has a nice mix of challenging steep areas and comfortable walking paths. We hiked for about 2 hours. Definitely coming back!
