This past weekend we explored Lake Nakayma in Iwakuni. The lake is only 40 minutes from base and the drive is fairly flat. There were very few people there, so Luna was loose while we set up the boats. The lake is set up for competitions with marked lanes, easy water access and parking near the ramp. Sunbathing is possible, however the lounge area is small. There is a gazebo / picnic area overlooking the water. I hope to see you there!
